Below are various downloadable forms used by Yankee Walkers. The Membership Application and Nomination Form must be submitted prior to an event, nominating riders and/or horses, for that event to count toward point accumulations for year-end awards. Membership runs from January 1 to December 31. All year-end points forms are due December 31.
The forms are in either Word format or PDF format, viewable using the free Adobe Reader. If you don’t already have it, you can download the latest version of Adobe Reader, by going to http://get.adobe.com/reader/. These forms are compatible with version 6.0 and above. If you are having trouble downloading the reader, check near the top of your internet browser screen for a security message indicating the download is being blocked and giving you the option to download the file anyway (this is caused by your Windows security settings).
